Currently based in Barcelona, Laura is the co-founder of @wavveup, an executive coaching company specialized in the entrepreneurial start-up ecosystem. Their aim is to empower founders and ambitious executives in technology/social-led businesses, to navigate critical challenges, as they relate to leadership, business growth and personal growth.
Laura has background in Economist, Msc. HR Analitycs & Advanced People Management, Executive and Leadership Coach, Precision Performance Coach. Her contrasting experiences as a young manager abroad, travelling from Austria to Norway, Italy, Turkey, UAE and Russia, give her me a unique perspective on what businesses and leaders must do to thrive in a complex world characterised by rapid and unpredictable change.
