Claudine Cooper (@fitwit3) is a nationally recognized fitness trainer. Her high intensity classes are known for being one part exercise & one part sermon. With over 20 years of GYM experience, Claudine used the year 2020 to pivot. 

 

Claudine and I talked about her seasons of change in her life. She shared a story she’s told many times before - her entry into the industry and how it’s shaped her into who she is. By growing through what she’s gone through, she’s formed very meaningful connections with people in her community.
