Cyndi Ramirez will be the first to tell you that the idea of opening her own spa and manicure location, much less one ready-made for the age of Instagram, never occurred to her. Indeed, it wasn’t until Cyndi was out with her husband and looking for a massage spot (and perhaps even a manicure) that the origins of what would later become Chillhouse, crept into her mind.

Today, Ramirez has built Chillhouse into a brand that goes beyond the spa and wellness hub of New York City. Instead, it's a company and brand dedicated to self-care.
