Wil Fleming might be best known as a coach, but he is also the 2017 Masters (35-39) 85kg National Champion and 35-39 Best lifter, 2018 world silver medalist and holds the national record in snatch, clean and jerk, and total in the 35-39 85kg class. In this episode, we spoke about his ability to place athletes into one of four psychological categories, helping him better prescribe his coaching cues, as well as his go-to periodisation style, and how he gets some athletes to front squat and back squat on the same day.
