Kolby and Alex talk about their paths to becoming naturopathic doctors and eventually deciding to build their own practice together. We open up about our own experiences with viewing our bodies and our health holistically and the importance of treating the cause rather than the symptom. Later in the episode we dive deep into Alex & Kolby’s thoughts on hormonal birth control and how your sex life plays a part in your overall health and well-being.
