Taylor has taken on the identity of a modern day pirate - which we discussed as an interesting note to history - and has developed The Captain’s Code, an acronym which describes the fundamentals of what you can do to improve your life overall.

A common theme throughout many podcast conversations has been the idea that you must be in control of your own life, and especially your own health. And this episode highlighted that and gave many actionable tips as to how you can start to do that TODAY.
