She was a successful CEO of a healthcare technology and supply chain organization and a senior leader in both healthcare and for-profit organizations, in Canada and the United States, with 15+ years of executive experience. Today she is the founder of Shona Elliott Leadership Services, helping senior leaders connect with their employees to build trust, increase engagement & achieve organisational goals.

 

We explore the very important role of a leader, that is to help your team emerge from a crisis, whether that be a pandemic or a project fail.
