#26: The Role of the Clinical Lead

Are you heading up a project, service or network? Or in a management position supporting a clinical lead? Often the role lacks clarity and you’ll not be sure what you are supposed to be doing or how to utilise the support around you.

 

Today I’ll share some guidance and inspiration on what is expected and what you need to do. I discuss the benefits of having a project or operations manager to support you to deliver the day to day tasks. I highlight that you are the figure head of the network, but you are not THE network, you can and will gather others to support you. And I talk about the importance of knowing yourself and being brave - because you can do this!
