We're all busy people. It's hard when an obstacle, no matter how petty it is, springs up and messes with our flow.
Everyone reacts to stressors a little differently. We have choices, though, and while we may initially be disappointed or upset, we get to make the final call on how we want to approach the disruption at hand. We can either let it ruin our day, or we can step back and give ourselves an opportunity to put things in perspective.
