Today's Money Diarist is the epitome of grace, endurance and quiet personal power. She's nearly 50 and has recently separated from her husband. They were never on the same page when it came to money, which added to the stresses of owning a business together. She took care of HR and accounts working out the budget, which he would then totally overspend on.
