Jeanne is the creator of the leadership concept, The Devotion Factor, Lead with What You’re For.
Before opening her advisory firm, Stafford & Company, she worked in a leadership role in the Office of the Mayor, New York City, where she created programs that boosted economic development and collaboration internationally.
Jeanne is the mother of two extraordinary young men and lives in New York City.
