We use the word ‘wellness’ a lot, but the term can mean very different things to different people. This week, I discuss what I typically refer to as the “5 key pillars of wellness,” and how prioritizing them in our lives is more essential now than ever before. I also offer guidance for establishing sustainable behaviors around nutrition, sleep, stress management and movement that can be used far beyond coronavirus quarantine for lifelong wellness and health.
