Chris specializes in investor relations, commercial debt, and managing financials. Chris is currently focused on helping others create passive cash flow through investing in larger, 100+ unit multifamily apartment buildings. Chris is personally invested in over 4,000 apartment units nationwide and has led Sterling Rhino Capital to acquire and control 1122 units across several assets in Virginia, Georgia, Texas, and Denver with an estimated value of over $200MM.
