I’m welcoming you back with a full heart today. After 6.5 years, 1,400+ appearances, and 800 episodes, this podcast became more than content—it became my lifeline, my mirror, and my classroom.

I built it in one of the toughest seasons of my life, and along the way, you (and every guest who sat across from me) helped shape me into someone braver, clearer, and kinder.

To all the guests I’ve had on, thank you for trusting me, for opening up, for letting the conversations go deeper than the surface, and for reminding me why podcasting matters: because real growth starts when we feel seen, supported, and understood.
