Episode Home Work:
For the next week, track all tests that arise, and note whether they're an opportunity, trigger or boundary test. Then work through the journal prompts and DI below to get to the root of how to pass it.
Journal
- Is it a hell yes or hell no? Does it align with your authentic code?
- How do you feel? Shameful, embarrassed, scared, small, settling?
- Is this related to an insecurity or shadow aspect you need to work through? An inner child wound?
- Are you unblocked & expanded enough to pass this test? If not, that’s ok. You’re still learning, and you’ll be tested again and feel ready to pass it at some point. Also, check to see if it is a bridge test to help you expand!
Reprogram & Actions
- If you need more clarity on the root wound it is touching on do the reprogramming and reinforcing journal prompts.
- Reprogram by doing the Test, Trigger or Inner Child or Shadow DI
- List out high self-worth ways you can heal the limiting belief this test is connected to
- Take aligned action that moves you towards your higher self
