Bite size: Brad Smeele discusses Suzie (the woman who helped him find peace with his new life as a quadraplegic)

This bite sized episode comes from the full length conversation with Brad Smeele, pro wakeboarder turned quadraplegic andn ow a best selling author!

The idea of this snippet is to serve as, I guess, like a trailer on Netflix to decide if you want to hear more.  Or pehaps you are time-poor and can't spare a whole hour (maybe after hearing a bite size episode you will decide to go back to the full length episode when you do have time).

In this snippet, Brad discusses Suzie, a remarkable Auckland Kinesiologist who helped him with muscle injuries pre-accident, then helped him retrain his mind and belief systems post accident.  Brad talks about Suzie and the lessons learned in great detail in his book, "Owning Up."  Thanks to Suzies incredible teachings and now Brads generositiy in sharing those teachings, we can all get something from this.
