Saving seems to be the most honorable thing, but in reality, it's the last thing most people want. If you want to help her, allow her to go through the process. That's leadership.
Make her feel emotionally safe and trust you fully. Once you're solid within yourself, then you can become like the lighthouse in the storm. The lighthouse stands, guiding her home, no matter how hard the waves are crashing.
Show her the way, how to solve it, without any expectation of a particular outcome. That's when people start following. Women don't want to be saved, they want to be led.
