Kate is the Nutrition Specialist at Nordic Naturals. As a Registered
Dietitian and personal trainer, Kate is passionate about improving people’s
health through evidence-based nutrition, education, and exercise. This passion
drove her to complete her Master’s in nutrition education, teach Applied
Nutrients & Metabolism at her alma mater, and travel to Italy to complete a three
month, intensive culinary program focused on Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
Upon returning from Italy, Kate decided to join the Nordic Naturals team due to
their commitment to creating generations of healthy and happy people through
safe and effective nutrients.
