The Power of Peer Advisory Groups with Dwain Farley

In this episode of the Better Leadership Team Show, I had a very special guest, Dwain Farley, a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience in building small and midsized businesses; primarily in the systems integration field developing software for Automatic Identification and Data Collection systems deployed on the production line and warehouse of manufacturers. Most recently he sold his company in the cell tower/telecom industry. Dwain is an active stock and options trader.

He leads private peer advisory groups for CEOs and business owners to help them step out of the daily grind to think differently, gain insights, take bold action, and generate spectacular results. His role is to select members, coach, mentor, and provide a rigorous forum for chief executives to accelerate their growth and effectiveness.
