You must train with quality and intent. This all starts before you get in the gym, you have to set yourself up for success. Having all your gym gear ready to go in the morning puts one less problem in the way of you and training.
To ensure you are able to work out effectively you must warm up, this will not only help you to avoid injury but it will also get you into the right mindset to train to the best of your ability.
When you are training it is important to minimise distractions. Kirk advises to turn off your phone notifications whilst training so that you can fully concentrate and have an effective workout.
Workout with intent and you will see the results you are after. Visualise all lifts before you do them and focus on your workout to get the most of your time spent training.
