I sat down with Cormac Murphy who is a 26-years old Night Club Owner from New York City, who took part in the first season of Love Island USA. Cormac is also a big advocate for bringing awareness about mental health. He is now sober, went back to Ireland, and is now financially free. In this episode, Corman and I talked about how he struggled with addiction, how he pulled himself together, and how to become the best version of himself.
Cormac talked about his experience on Love Island and why he treated going to the villa as a form of detox. He also talked about his life after Love Island and how everything changed.
