If you operated based on the belief that 1 + 1 = 5, you could be the hardest worker in the room and the most motivated, but you still wouldn't get the "right answer".
I see this showing up in so many of my clients. They're working hard, they're motivated and they're frustrated because ultimately, a false formula is holding them back.
Stress + lack of time = overindulging
Nope, sorry, that's not going to work.
