The topic may sound like a strange question to ask a soloist, but Babette Bensoussan thinks differently. A co-author of five critically acclaimed books, Babette founded the MindShifts Group, a consulting company specialising in competitive intelligence. In 2006, she was the recipient of the the world's most prestigious CI award and remains the first and only Australian to attain this.
