You can't grow if you won't delegate - This is a major mindset problem for arrogant lawyers
Guess what? Clients don't care if you aren't the one doing the work. That's not what they are looking for when they hire you. I know that sounds counter-cultural, doesn't it.
Here's why you don't delegate (and these are all bad reasons)
- you think no one could do this as well as you can
- you don't actually have someone to delegate the work to
- you are afraid of what clients might thing
- you are afraid of what other lawyers might think
- you are an arrogant fool
All bad reasons if what you want to build is a real business, not just a job that shackles you and keeps you from your family.

What Makes The GLM Tribe Special?
In short, we are the only organization within the "business builder for lawyers" space that is led by two practicing lawyers.
One thing we're sure you've noticed is that despite the variety of options within our space, no one else is mixing
the actual practice of law with business building in the way that we are.
There are no other organizations who understand the highs and lows of running a small law firm and are engaged in talking to real clients. That is what sets GLM apart from every other organization, and it is why we have had loyal members that have been with us for two-decades.
