Yes, life is hard, especially if you're a parent. Anything and everything goes through your mind. And if you're a grandparent, hang on! That's all I've gotta say.
But there are some things we can do to find the serenity in the storm.
1. Embrace Imperfection:
Parenting is messy, unpredictable, and often imperfect - and that's okay.
