Teddy Richards is an American guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer, who also happens to be the son of legendary soul singer Aretha Franklin. We spoke with Teddy about growing up in an academic household, when he started writing songs, having a DIY mentality and finding clever ways to get live bookings, forging his own path, not relying on his mothers name, developing his sonic personality, his upcoming album 'Solitaire', and a lot more!
