Day 21 of bootcamp: Today, we reflected on the remarkable legacy of John H. Johnson, a trailblazer who turned his vision into a family empire that uplifted Black voices and reshaped culture. His story challenges us to ask ourselves: What does it mean to honor those who came before us while carving our own path forward? Are we preserving the traditions and values passed down to us, progressing toward a new vision, or finding a way to do both?
