Jessica Kalynchuk, aka @_jesswellness, is a girl that fell in love with lifting after having poor relationships with food and exercise. She runs a health and fitness page that strives to lead women toward a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle and away from the toxic side of the fitness community. As a certified personal trainer currently completely her degree in kinesiology, Jess is very passionate about fitness and hopes to continue to grow her Instagram to direct women of all ages into a more welcoming and wholesome community.
