Dr. Antonio is an Associate Professor and the Director of the Exercise and Sports Science program at Nova Southeastern University in beautiful South Florida. In his past life, he was the Science Editor for Muscle & Fitness magazine, worked in the marketing department of MET-Rx, and owned a coffee company.
