My guest today is Amy Lacey, founder of the multimillion dollar brand, Cali'flour Foods! After being diagnosed with lupus in 2010, Amy realized she needed to change her eating habits and set out to recreate foods that no longer worked for her like the pizza nights that her family enjoyed together every week. From that journey, Cali'flour Foods was born. Amy is a national best-selling author of Cali'flour Kitchen and The Clean Switch. Her Cali'flour products have won numerous awards and have been featured by everyone from Dr. Oz to "Whoopi's Favorite Things" on The View. But what I loved most about meeting Amy is her heart for mentoring other women and for sharing the imperfect parts of her own journey to prove that you can do it too.
