77: A New Body: Evidence of Things not Seen

In this week’s podcast episode we’re using Hebrews 11:1 to inspire “evidence of things not seen” when it comes to achieving your health and body goals. Most of us use “evidence” from our past - we look to all the times we’ve yo-yo’d, derailed off plan, or never saw the scale budge. We stockpile this evidence against ourselves which leads to failing ahead of time or self-sabotage. You can’t change your body when you’re constantly focusing on past evidence. But that’s where the enemy wants to keep your head.Instead, we’re taking time in this podcast to build evidence from your future self, your spiritual self, the one who has already achieved the goals that you want right now.
