He was turned on to apartment investing after he came across a real estate investing book written by Ken Mcelroy. He started to learn all that he could and focused on finding the right people and partnerships to get his business headed in the right direction.

Caleb Bryant began his real estate journey in 2014 after realizing that touring with a metalcore band wasn’t going to pay the bills. After a couple of years of studying, he began investing in real estate. Since then he has invested in over 600-units worth of multifamily and single-family real estate.
