I meet resistance frequently, and these days I welcome it.
It comes right after I’ve realised something that’ll help me grow or when I get an answer to act upon. It says, “nahhhhhhhh, let’s not do that for A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z reasons Kat!”
Back in the day I’d hate myself for having resistance, thinking that I’m shit or not evolved enough yet to not experience it (thanks ego).
So now I let resistance have its place and allow my ego to chuck a tanty. Maybe it’s a day, three days or a week. But I have a time limit on it, and after a period of conscious resistance, I take the reigns and take the action.
It’s a new way of handling resistance and I really like it. I’m keen to hear how currently manage resistance. Or if you’d like some guidance on this, DM me.
