Jay Dyer is the strength coach for Johns Hopkins University Men's Lacrosse team as well as being the strength and conditioning coordinator for the United States' men's and women's senior and U-19 lacrosse teams. Lacrosse is a dynamic sport that requires a combination of developing speed, power, strength, and conditioning.
