Meet the guest: Dr. Luis Prada e Silva is an Associate Professor at the University of Queensland with a Ph.D. in Animal Science from Michigan State University. He has extensive experience in beef cattle nutrition, ruminant physiology, and forage management. Previously, he was an Associate Professor at the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, teaching ruminant nutrition and biochemistry. Dr. Silva's research spans ruminant microbiology, molecular biology, and the economics of cattle production, aiming to enhance cattle productivity.
