In this week's episode, I am chatting with Logan Freeman - a commercial real estate investor, developer, broker, and the founder of FTW Investments. Logan’s story is incredible - he transitioned into the world of real estate after a brief career in the NFL and has built an absolutely incredible business.

In 2018, Logan learned the business through working as a broker, successfully transacting over 80 deals. Eventually, Logan moved to the ownership side of the business and began purchasing large multifamily assets with his partners and investors. In 2021, his company purchased nearly $100 million in commercial real estate. We discuss the importance of identity, how he has grown his business, and how he has found deals.
