A diagnosis or “label” is helpful, but it’s not our identity or life sentence. Functional health coach and author, Erin Kerry, has learned this well. Her mental health journey has been marked by labels such as bipolar and depression, medications she never thought she’d get off of and compounding life experiences that added even more “labels.” Yet, her tests have become her testimony and now she helps others move beyond their labels to better health in spirit, mind and body. 
Her book, Live Beyond Your Label, unites biblical truth, functional medicine, and personal experience to offer hope and practical healing tools to those looking to change their health narrative.
