Untanglers…we are back! I hope you are excited to dive into a brand new season of the ADHD Untangled podcast, where we’ll continue to share empowering stories of struggles to strengths and this time round, dive into ADHD within the sports and wellness industries where my background and passion lies.
I'm really excited to share these new episodes with you and have been blessed to chat with more incredible and inspiring guests, where we continue to shift from self-doubt to empowerment, debunk negative narratives and rebuild on the foundation of self-belief.
Kicking off with my first solo episode of the series, I answer some of my interview questions and turn the tables on myself! I share my personal reflections and growth over the past year and encourage you to challenge the narrative surrounding ADHD. Through my own experiences and from what I continue to learn each and every day from our amazing community, I share why self-belief is so important and how coaching can help us rewire a lifetime of negative biases.
