Gail is the Director of Coaching, a Keto & Fasting Coach, and the Community Manager  for Lipedema Simplified. After struggling with her weight, lipedema pain and swelling, and her metabolic health for over forty-five years, Gail found that the ketogenic/carnivore lifestyle gave her the results she desired.  Her pain and swelling decreased, she regained mobility, and her energy levels increased. With this success, she also discovered her passion, to help others as they embark on their own health journeys through making changes in their lifestyle. She has helped many friends, family members, and clients achieve their health goals. She supports the lipedema community by developing and facilitating activities and courses, and by mentoring the coaching staff of Lipedema Simplfied.
