With over 20 years of experience in media as a journalist and PR officer, Jaimie decided to leave journalism to pursue new opportunities. Jaimie Abbott Communications was established in 2013 and has been running for over 8 years. Became a six-figure business in 2019, quadrupled income from mid-2021 to now, and from 1 to 14 FTEs.

Jaimie has said that growing a small business requires consistency and she thinks that it's the hardest thing in growing a small business. However, she also said that being consistent in everything you do would impact the future of the business.
