In part 1 of our 100th episode special, we told the epic story of Gerard Donnelly's professional triathlon career.

In part 2 today we’re going to tell the story of Gerard's coaching career and how his coaching has developed over a 30+ year period. 

I didn’t think the story could get more exciting than part 1, but there are even more surreal, cool, life changing moments throughout this part of the story. 

And, a major part we’re going to tell is that although he retired as an athlete, he was not done competing… and his journey to once again reach the top as a masters athlete is one of the biggest contributing factors to his success as a coach.
