Today we were joined by IFBB Bikini Pro Aria Adamy who opens up about her reformed relationships with body and food after her decade-long climb up from amateur into pro ranks.
Aria discusses how she sought counseling for her mindset toward food and opened up about hormonal dysfunction as a result of overtraining, dieting, cardio, and contest preps.
Hindsight is often 20/20, but when we are in the thick of it we usually put our blinders on. Sometimes it helps to hear it from someone who has been there to prevent someone else from making the same mistakes.
