Jeffrey Williams is a father, husband, teacher, and dedicated student of life. Jeffrey and his wife, along with their four children, currently reside in Nevada City, California. A natural self-starter and holistic wellness visionary, Jeffrey founded his first wellness center, Lifestyles of Light, in 2002 and his second, The Vitalist Institute, in 2016.
For the past 20+ years, Jeffrey has immersed himself in learning about the capabilities of the human body through rigorous study and application of traditional and modern wellness systems from all over the world.
Jeffrey is a transformation artist with a unique ability to guide people from all walks of life through a full spectrum of high-impact human empowerment teachings; his work incorporates bodywork, sound, breath, water, movement, and more.
Through his centers, Jeffrey offers a variety of holistic services and teachings designed to align one’s body, mind, and spirit. For Jeffrey, living a holistic lifestyle and teaching others about holistic living are the keys to advancing humankind toward a greater expression of excellence.
