Ep. 19: Francisco & Bernhard, what is the Academy of Choices and how did you get there?

Leaders Talk - with Francisco Baptista and Bernhard Broekman, two entrepreneurs who are running the Academy of Choices, an open enrollment academy for leaders who want to develop themselves further. With their work, the Leadership Choices vision #betterorganizations for a #betterworld is put into practice at its best.

In the podcast, they share with managing partner Karsten Drath their very personal development. Francisco, who earned a degree in physics and lived in Africa, Brazil, Portugal, Germany and Switzerland, highlights aspect of why he is confident, that people can really change and develop.

And Bernhard, who has already worked as a nurse, taxi driver and backpacker, elaborates why a slipped disc was a real eye-opener for him and why it empowering people means so much to him.
