296: The Power of Holding a Clear Vision

In this solo episode, I’m diving deep into the power of holding a clear vision, especially in times of transition and uncertainty.

Right now, I’m navigating one of the biggest changes of my life—moving my family to another state. It’s overwhelming, emotional, and exciting all at once. 

Through it all, I’m leaning on the practice of visioning to help me stay grounded, trust the process, and step into what’s next with intention.

I also share a deeply personal experience—how I used this practice to overcome my fear of getting a mammogram after a past traumatic experience.
