A plan to have a 25-property portfolio in 5 years

Glen "Goose" McGrath and Gabi Billing describe their property portfolio as two "and a bit" properties. Having made these purchases in only one year, the pair now have a plan to have 25 properties, within five years' time.

They reveal their smart goal-setting strategy, how they are educating themselves in the property sector after a history of planning and running events and festivals and how the end of a lease drove them to make some property buying decisions.
