Today we were joined by Austin Stout to take a walk through the DUTCH Test, a urine-based analysis of hormones and their metabolites. Austin explains what gets tested and what results might mean, for areas such as cortisol, estrogen, and androgens, and how coaches might leverage this analysis tool over traditional serum blood testing.
