Una Doyle is an international speaker, trainer, and coach. As the founder of CreativeFlow, she is on a mission to help SME/SMB leaders to transform their businesses through the power of productive, profitable, engaged and in-flow teams who take ownership and are agile in the face of change. She’s big on creating extreme alignment and accountability and is a big believer in the power of individual mindset change as part of successful organizational change. Una has worked on major cultural and change initiatives with companies such as Argos and Network Rail as well as some local authorities. Her largest speaking audience to date is over 2,000 Asda-Walmart head office staff and she regularly shares her knowledge and insights through online events and video. She is a graduate of the University of Leeds Business School, where she focused on change management. Subsequently, Una trained in life coaching, strategic business coaching, and entrepreneurially-focused personality profiling. Una is also the founder and host of the “Business Impact Book Club” where attendees can discover, discuss, and apply the best business ideas, principles and practices from top authors.
