Sergio Rojas has been a certified functional health, fitness and nutrition coach for over 25 years. He got into the field accidentally by joining a fitness challenge in order to stop buying drugs and alcohol to save for a motorcycle, which he felt would be the solution to overcoming his anger and depression issues. Sergio worked with pro athletes and celebrities to optimize health and performance, including strength coach for WNBA’s Chicago Sky during the inaugural season.
