And when you connect them into a sentence, their power is magnified.
"The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit." ~ Proverbs 18:21What was the last sentence you spoke regarding your dreams for your life? Was it positive with a confident and faith-filled declaration? Or was it negative with hesitation and an anxious tone? Say it isn't so.
One sentence can change you.
So how do you go from negative to more positive?
The K.I.S.S. ~ Wrap your thoughts in kindness!You need to let kindness lead the way. If you dish out crap, all you're gonna get is crap right back.
Words are Seeds Words are seeds that do more than blow around. They land in our hearts and not the ground. Be careful what you plant, be careful what you say. You might have to eat what you plant one day.- Start with awareness of the contractions --- all the stones, the NOTs! Think about David and Goliath. He had a slingshot and some stones. Every time you use negative words, NOTs, or contractions, you risk being knocked out and killing that which you so desire.
- Choose 3 words that resonate with your heart and your dream. Connect them to ignite the passion.
- Write 3 sentences/questions to trigger what's possible! Consider these your hope statements.
Be kind to yourself. Be kind to your dreams. Be kind in the presence of your everyday.
